In late 1978 Johnathan joined his father at Beattys, injecting a fresh energy and determination to deliver market-leading service and expertise to the growing client base. Under his leadership the company has enjoyed continued positive growth and development for more than four decades, with increasing demand for our expertise throughout Australasia and global markets.

Hamish joined the family business in late 2000. Rising through the ranks he spent seven years as an engineer in our production facility before moving onto the parts department, where he gained expert knowledge in drivelines. Hamish now manages the entire sales team, his passionate focus being to deliver the most reliable outcomes for our customers across all our product ranges. Hamish also manages his own portfolio of global industrial and marine customers.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge from a solid engineering background, attention to detail is an understatement when speaking about Adrian. He started with Beattys in 2009 in our production quoting and scheduling team, and then moved into the driveline sales team where his problem-solving and solutions-focused approach has added value to thousands of our customers nationwide.

Starting out as an engineer in our production and service facility in 1997, Simon is another member of our longer serving team. Since then, he moved into managing the customer service team, and is now a vital part of the driveline sales team with a keen understanding of our customers’ driveline needs. Simon brings valuable technical advice and years of experience in delivering dependable driveline solutions.

Carlos joined the Beattys team in 2018 and brought with him a depth of knowledge from his previous experience in the agricultural and industrial industries. He now heads up sales in the company’s newest division - Beattys Equipment. Carlos has the technical understanding and commitment to harness the energy and productivity of our clients’ equipment.

As one of the newest members at Beattys, Corey brought a fresh new face to the Equipment sales team when he joined us in early 2021. His previous experience in the industrial sector has given him an understanding of the importance of increasing productivity through minimising downtime, which aligns with our commitment and mindset here at Beattys.

Since joining the company in 2004, Tim’s in-depth understanding of all things related to driveshaft parts - and his ability to resolve our client’s componentry needs - are key assets to Beattys. Tim’s friendly and efficient service are appreciated far and wide, and an extension of the Turret Componentry brand experience which keeps our customers returning.

Andrew is one of longest serving team members at Beattys, having been part of our journey since 1996. His extensive experience and technical aptitude are invaluable to our customers. He has worked in all areas from technical and design to sales and production engineering, and now manages our operations team with the goal of delivering exceptional customer service.

Roz has made a great contribution to Beattys’ success with her continued loyal service since joining the team in 2005. Her skills and experience are drawn on in all areas of the organization to keep systems running smoothly. With Roz’s effective management and support of all IT and office processes, the Beattys team can remain focused on responding efficiently to our clients’ needs.

Patrick joined the team in 2013, assisting Beattys in embarking on an exciting growth phase. He has many years’ experience in similar industries and brings invaluable skills to the table in managing our vast range of inventory. His focus is sourcing top quality products and componentry from our global supply partners and managing all incoming logistics.

Risto joined the Beattys team in 2001, starting out as a driveshaft engineer and working his way up to managing our production team. Today, following his extensive experience in precision and general engineering, Risto is responsible for the training of our production team and managing our QC processes. Risto’s uncompromising pursuit of quality and willingness to go the extra mile for our clients continues to deliver great results for the company.

Having spent several years as a mould machinist in Africa and the Philippines, Jhoe joined the Beattys team in 2018 with advanced precision machining skills; quickly developing his knowledge and ability as a driveline engineer. With his positive energy and hands-on approach, Jhoe now manages our entire production facility, scheduling jobs and ensuring that the sales teams’ promises and customers’ expectations are exceeded.

Mayank joined the Beattys team in 2016 after completing his Mechanical Engineering Diploma. After spending five years managing our onsite and industrial balancing division where it is imperative to have all rotating assemblies running as smoothly as possible, Mayank has now brought his pursuit of excellence to our customer service department, where he is the key conduit between our valued customers and our hard-working production team.
